About

Andrew is an award-winning director, who has worked on some of the most high profile shows of recent years. His diverse work encompasses drama, comedy, children's, youth and commercials.

For Stephen Moffat and Matt Smith's first series of DOCTOR WHO, Academy Award nominee Sophie Okonedo, Bill Patterson and Iain McNeice joined Andrew in two gripping and critically acclaimed episodes. Audience favourite Victory of the Daleks made British television history with the introduction of the brand new uber-Daleks.

Previously, Andrew directed the feature-length adaptation of David Almond's CLAY for the BBC, starring Academy Award nominee and BAFTA winner Imelda Staunton.

In 2006 Andrew directed two of the most well received episode of the Emmy-winning drama LIFE ON MARS starring John Simm and Philip Glenister. His 'Camberwick Green' episode delighted fans and won extremely high viewing figures.

For Channel 4, Andrew directed the pilot of cult sit-com GREEN WING starring Stephen Mangan, Tamsin Greig and Mark Heap. He co-created the visual and editorial style that defined the show, which later went on to win the 2005 BAFTA Pioneer Audience Award.

Andrew's series credits include the science-fiction thriller SURVIVORS starring Max Beesley and Paterson Joseph, CAPE WRATH starring David Morrissey for Channel 4 and Showtime, and the popular action-adventure show PRIMEVAL.
