Carl was born in 1975 in Truro, Cornwall. He is also an actor and director, and has worked with Kneehigh Theatre for the past fifteen years. He also co-founded the Cornish theatre and film production company, o-region. His theatre writing for Kneehigh is published by Oberon Books. Carl was part of the inaugural Soho 6 writing scheme with the Soho Theatre Company from Feburary to July 2011. |
