David's career as a writer and performer began as one of the Hollow Men sketch group whose original series appeared on Comedy Central and BBC Radio 4.

He is currently writing scripts for Zeppotron and Saltbeef Productions.

At the moment, David is also playing the role of John in the revival of ABSENT FRIENDS at the Harold Pinter Theatre alongside Reece Shearsmith, Elizabeth Berrington, Katherine Parkinson and Steffan Rhodri. The run finishes on the 14th April 2012.

Most recently, David created and performed one of his signature song mimes for each episode of the new ABC 8 part improv show TRUST US WITH YOUR LIFE hosted by the legendary Fred Willard and featuring such improv luminaries as Colin Mochrie and  Wayne Brady. The series will air in the US in Spring 2012 with guest stars including Ricky Gervais, Jerry Springer and Serena Williams.

He has also just filmed a role in the second series of BBC2's EPISODES and has recorded roles in the 5th series of Radio 4's GILES WEMMBLEY HOGG and in LES KELLY'S BRITAIN.

David has played the role of Eddie in all three series of HOW NOT TO LIVE YOUR LIFE for BBC3 and filmed the final hurrah Christmas special in summer 2011. It will TX sometime in 2012.

David plays multiple roles in the third series of the triple-BAFTA-nominated CBBC sketch show SORRY I'VE GOT NO HEAD (alongside Marcus Brigstocke, Anna Crilly and Justin Edwards) which aired last year. He also appeared in each episode of  BBC2's Improv show FAST & LOOSE alongside Hugh Dennis, Greg Davies and Justin Edwards.

He played the lead role of Rex Dynamo in PIXELFACE, a sitcom series for CBBC for which he also wrote six episodes.
