About
Dominique Moloney made her start in film in 1993 with the formation of her own production company, Début Films Limited. With Début, she wrote, directed and produced a number of short films and wrote three screenplays. In 2003 she won BBC Northern Ireland’s Tony Doyle New Writers Bursary Award for her screenplay SQUATTERS. She has since written several radio plays for BBC Radio 4. For television she has written for EASTENDERS, DOCTORS and a 15 minute original drama (BRIEF ENCOUNTERS) for BBC1.
