About

Writer/director Jonathan is currently adapting his 2010 BAFTA-nominated short film OFF SEASON into a feature film for Big Talk Productions and is also working on PORTAGE, another original screenplay for them.

Jonathan will shortly be directing the 2nd block of Series 4 of the BAFTA-winning MISFITS for Clerkenwell Films and E4 after directing the two final episodes of Series 3 of MISFITS to great acclaim.

He also directed the online content for the second series of the  in 2010 and last year he again directed the online content for Series Three (set in Las Vegas, it shows how Robert Sheehan leaves the series: http://www.channel4.com/microsites/M/misfits/main.html).

In 2011, he directed FOOD, a COMING UP 30' film for Touchpaper Television and Channel Four, a taster tape for the sketch group TWO EPISODES OF MASH for BBC Comedy Online and the launch trailer for 2011's Comic Relief campaign starring Armstrong & Miller.

Following a degree in Philosophy and Psychology at Oxford University, Jonathan graduated from Columbia University Film School with an MFA in film directing and writing. He went on to direct several short films, some of which were included in BBC 3 sketch show COWARDS and in Tim Key's 2009 Edinburgh Award Winning show THE SLUTCRACKER.
