Lucy Pearman is a BAFTA nominated comedian and actor. She was also nominated for Best Newcomer in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards.
Lucy appeared in a lead role in series 2 of the BBC's THE MIND OF HERBERT CLUNKERDUNK (Tiger Aspect). The first series received a fantastic reception and followed a successful pilot, which was nominated for a BAFTA. The series can be seen on iPlayer and aired BBC Two.
Lucy's BBC Three pilot – PLEASE HELP – was nominated for BAFTA for Best Short Form Programme! Lucy created, wrote and stars in the BBC Threesome. It’s pulled in glowing reviews so far across the board, with a fantastic 4 **** from Chortle - “The BBC really ought to pounce on this imaginative, hilarious premise and sign Pearman up for a series immediately.” Watch it here.
Lucy played the lead role of Jemma in the six part BBC Two comedy series, MISTER WINNER, which received lovely write-ups. Lucy also starred in Dave’s RED DWARF feature-length special – one of their highest rated shows ever.
In late 2019, Lucy featured on two episodes of HARRY HILL'S CLUB NITE on Channel 4. Watch her hilarious sets here and here.
You can watch Lucy's brilliant new short-form comedy series produced by Baby Cow, THE TRAIN, here. The show is a warm, moving sitcom- where small things become big things in the awkward, confined and quite public space of a commuter train. The series also stars renowned comedians Tim Key and Kiell Smith-Bynoe.
In 2023, Lucy played the role of Martha for Sky’s rom-com series SMOTHERED as well ask featuring on an episode of MEET THE RICHARDSONS and 8 OUT OF 10 CATS DO COUNTDOWN.
Lucy performed a hilarious set on Dave's LIVE AT THE MOTH CLUB, which appears in the third episode of the series (watch here). The show was described as “A perfect ode to comedy” by Pick Of The Day
