Mark Bamford's first feature, CAPE OF GOOD HOPE, won numerous Best Film and Audience Awards on the international festival circuit, including Runner-Up for the top prize at Toronto. It was one of the best-reviewed films of 2005 (NY Times, Roger Ebert, etc.) and received multiple nominations and awards from organisations such as The National Board of Review, the NAACP Image Awards, and others. He is currently developing a new feature project.
