The seventh series of Hattie Naylor’s acclaimed and popular long-running adaptation of THE DIARIES OF SAMUEL PEPYS is transmitting this week, daily at 10:45am (repeated at 7:45pm) on BBC Radio 4, culminating with a one hour Saturday Drama of his account of the Great Fire of London (2:30pm, BBC Radio 4).

Produced and directed by Kate McAll, the series stars Kris Marshall as the eponymous naval administrator / diarist with a cast that also includes Katherine Jakeways and Sophie Thompson.
