Ed Hime's WE OUTNUMBER YOU

Ed Hime's new radio play, WE OUTNUMBER YOU, will be going out this Friday at 9pm on BBC Radio 4 as this week's Friday Play.  The story focuses on a pair of insider eco-terrorists plotting to bring about the ruin of a new zoo at its opening, told in a unique verite-cum-documentary style.  The Radio Times has described it as 'one of the most harrowing and profoundly upsetting plays, with a concluding scene that will haunt me forever.  It is also a work of brilliance.'  It is directed by Jessica Dromgoole and stars Kenneth Cranham.

Ed is also working on the forthcoming fifth series of SKINS, as well as a pilot for BBC radio entitled BOB DYLAN'S ANSWERPHONE.

He has also just been nominated for a BAFTA craft award for Break-through Talent for his work on SKINS.
