MasterChef 7 returns to BBC One - Wednesday 16th February

Cooking doesn't get tougher than this....MasterChef 7 returns to BBC One tonight and judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode are back to put more undiscovered contestants through a series of increasingly difficult tasks in a brand new supersized MasterChef kitchen.

For the first time ever, this series starts with two audition shows in which John and Gregg select the contestants for the main competition.  With just 20 places available and only 45 minutes to create a dish to impress, the heat is on.

Once chosen to wear the MasterChef apron, it's on to the main competition where the 20 best cooks face challenges that will push their skills to the limit.
