BETTY BLUE EYES opens on West End

New British musical BETTY BLUE EYES, produced by Cameron Mackintosh and directed by Richard Eyre, has opened at the West End's Novello Theatre.

The story, which centres around Betty, an adorable pig, who is being illegally
reared to ensure the local dignitaries can celebrate the 1947 Royal Wedding
with a lavish banquet while the local population make do with Spam, has been brilliantly adapted for the stage, with a unique and retro contemporary
score.

The cast is headed by Reece Shearsmith and Sarah Lancashire, with lighting design by Neil Austin.

Booking until 22nd October 2011.
