BAFTA TV Nominees at United Agents

Congratulations to all United Agents clients who have been nominated for BAFTA Television Awards and to all those who worked on nominated shows.

Anna Maxwell Martin and Natalie Press are both nominated for the Leading Actress award for their performances in South Riding and Five Daughters respectively. Dawn French also receives an acting nomination for Female Performance in a Comedy Role in Roger and Val.

In the Entertainment Performance category, Rob Brydon receives a nod, and The Trip, in which he starred, picks up a nomination for Situation Comedy. Going head-to-head with The Trip are Rev and Peep Show, both of which star Olivia Colman.

Other nominated shows featuring United Agents clients include:

The Road to Coronation Street for Single Drama starring David Dawson, Shaun Dooley and Jane Horrocks.

Sherlock for Drama Series featuring Louise Brealey, Rupert Graves, Vinette Robinson and Andrew Scott.

For Drama Serial, both Any Human Heart featuring Kathryn Drysdale, Charity Wakefield and Samuel West and The Promise starring Christian Cooke, written and directed by Peter Kosminsky.

In the Continuing Drama category, nominees include Coronation Street featuring Charlie Condou, Jane Danson, Katherine Kelly and Ben Price, EastEnders featuring Nitin Ganatra and Zoe Lucker, and Waterloo Road featuring Rebecca Ryan.

Alan Bennett and the Habit of Art (The Making Of) picks up a nomination in the Specialist Factual category.

The winners will be announced in a ceremony on Sunday 22nd May.
