BURNISTOUN Thursday 13th October on BBC 2 at 11.20pm

The second series of the highly successful BBC Scotland sketch show Burnistoun is about to have it's first network repeat after series 1 and 2 aired to rave reviews and healthy ratings. The show is set in a fictional Scottish town, that's strangely familiar, and is created, written by and stars Robert Florence and Iain Connell. The run of six 30' episodes begins on BBC2 on Thursday 13th October at 11.20pm.

Characters include Paul and Walter - the snippy siblings who run an ice-cream van; the Burnistoun MP who cares passionately about the Dekebone roundabout, and the incredible sequence of events set about by the flinging of a two-litre bottle of ginger. Plus, if you shout loud enough, can you make a voice-activated lift go up to floor eleven?
