Raymond Blanc in GREAT BRITISH FOOD REVIVAL Series 2

Following the success of the first series, Great British Food Revival is back with our favourite chefs and foodies each championing the cause of an unloved, under-rated or forgotten British raw ingredient.

The 8-part series airs on BBC2 from Wednesday 26th October.

Episode 2 featured Gregg Wallace on Rhubarb (Thursday 27th October) and Episode 5 features another United Agents client, Raymond Blanc on Plums on Wednesday 9th November at 7.00pm.

Raymond explores the plight of plum orchards suffering due to public indifference to their produce, and prepares dishes with the fruit in a bid to get more people using it in their cooking.
