THE SOUND OF HEAVY RAIN by Penelope Skinner at the Crucible

Penelope Skinner’s new play, THE SOUND OF HEAVY RAIN, will be playing at the Sheffield Theatres Studio as part of the Paines Plough Roundabout Season in a production directed by James Grieve.

Penelope has been shortlisted for the Charles Wintour Award for Most Promising Playwright at this year’s Evening Standard Awards (for her play, THE VILLAGE BIKE, which played at the Royal Court this summer), alongside E V Crowe (for her play, KIN, which also played at the Court).

THE SOUND OF HEAVY RAIN will be playing from the 17th to the 26th November and tickets can be bought here.
