Tony Nominations Announced

Nominations for the 61st Tony Awards have been announced today.

Amongst those, James Corden has been nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Play for his portrayal of Francis Henshall in Nicholas Hytner's production of ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS, currently playing at the Music Box Theater in New York.  Richard Bean's play (based on Goldoni's A Servant of Two Masters) has taken Broadway by storm following a sell out run in London, both at the National Theatre and in the West End.  The production also features Suzie Toase, Fred Ridgeway and Claire Lams and continues to play at the Haymarket Theatre in London with Hannah Spearritt.
