Alain Claude Sulzer shortlisted for the Schweizer Buchpreis

Alain Claude Sulzer’s new novel Aus den Fugen has been shortlisted for the Schweizer Buchpreis 2012 (Swiss Book Prize). Published to rave reviews, the novel shot into the bestseller list shortly after publication in German last month, and this nomination has given it the recognition it fully deserves.

The winner of the CHF 30,000 award, which aims to provide a platform for outstanding works by Swiss authors, will be announced on 11 November at the Theatre Basel. For the full shortlist and more information on the Schweizer Buchpreis go here.
