Nick Lake wins the Michael L. Printz Award

Congratulations to Nick Lake on winning the prestigious Michael L. Printz Award for excellence in young adult literature with his novel IN DARKNESS. The award is given out every year by the American Library Association to the 'best book written for teens, based entirely on its literary merit.' Previous winners include modern classics such as Meg Rosoff's HOW I LIVE NOW and John Green's LOOKING FOR ALASKA.
