New comedy PLEBS launches on ITV2

This week sees the launch of ITV2's brand new sit-com PLEBS, which stars UA Clients Joel Fry and Ryan Sampson alongside Tom Rosenthal.

The series follows three desperate young men from the suburbs - Stylax (played by Joel Fry), Marcus (Tom Rosenthal) and his apathetic slave Grumio (played Ryan Sampson) as they try to meet girls, hold down jobs and climb the social ladder in the big city – a city that just happens to be Ancient Rome.

Written by Sam Leifer and Tom Basden, and produced by Rise Films, this marks the first sit-com commission for ITV2 in several years.

"Bursts with originality" - Time Out
"It does live up to the hype" - Radio Times
"Hilarious" - Heat

The series begins on Monday 25th March with a double-bill starting at 10pm on ITV2.
