BAFTA TV nominations 2014

The list for the 2014 TV BAFTA Awards has been revealed!

Jamie Dornan is nominated for Leading Actor in THE FALL. THE FALL is also nominated for Best Mini Series.

BROADCHURCH, directed by James Strong, received two nominations. Olivia Colman is nominated for Leading Actress and David Bradley is nominated for Supporting Actor.  

Katherine Parkinson in The IT Crowd is nominated for best female performance in a comedy programme.

James Corden in The Wrong Mans is nominated for best male performance in a comedy programme. James’ A League of Their Own is also nominated for Best Comedy and Comedy Entertainment Programme.

Simon Schama is nominated in the Specialist Factual category for STORY OF THE JEWS.

HIM AND HER - THE WEDDING is nominated for best Situational Comedy written by Stefan Golaszewski.

MY MAD FAT DIARY is nominated for Best Drama, written by Tom Bidwell. Hazel Baillie and Tom Hemmings served as editors.

WOULD I LIE TO YOU?, presented by Rob Brydon, is nominated in the Comedy and Comedy Entertainment Programme category.

THE GREAT TRAIN ROBBERY, directed by James Strong and starring Luke Evans, is nominated for Best Mini Series. Helen Scott served as production designer.

IN THE FLESH is nominated for Best Mini Series with Nadia Stacey as the makeup designer and Tony Slater-Ling as Director of Photography.

BLACK MIRROR: BE RIGHT BACK, involving Edward K Gibbon on costume design duties, is nominated for Best Single Drama.

SOUTHCLIFFE is nominated for Best Mini-Series with Emma Scott as the makeup designer on the production.

 TOP OF THE LAKE, composed by Mark Bradshaw, is nominated for Best Drama Series.

The winners will be announced on Sunday 18th May 2014.
