Alice Birch and E V Crowe create Midsummer Mischief for RSC

The RSC’s Midsummer Mischief season of four new plays has now opened, including Alice Birch’s George Devine Award-winning REVOLT. SHE SAID. REVOLT AGAIN. and E V Crowe’s I CAN HEAR YOU.

Performing in The Other Place before transferring to the Royal Court Theatre, the plays have been written in response to The Roaring Girls season and the provocation “well-behaved women seldom make history”.

The season plays in Stratford-upon-Avon until 12th July, at the Royal Court from 15th to 17th July and then at the Latitude Festival (REVOLT. SHE SAID. REVOLT AGAIN. only; 17th to 20th July).
