BAFTA TV Nominations 2015 announced...

It really has been an incredible year for our clients, nominations below...

Jason Watkins has been nominated for Best Actor in The Lost Honour of Christopher Jeffries. The Lost Honour of Christopher Jefferies is also nominated in the Best Mini-Series category which Helen Scott was the production designer on and features Ben Caplan

Also nominated in the Best Mini-Series category is Cilla written by and executive produced by Jeff Pope, shot by Martin Fuhrer, edited by Tania Reddin with the music composed by Niall Byrne and Our World War for which Jenna Wrage designed the Hair and Makeup, David Charap edited episode one and Chris Mason features.

Cilla has also been nominated in the Radio Times Audience Award

Olivia Colman has been nominated for Best Female Performance in a Comedy Programme for her performance in Rev.

In the Single Drama category Paul Andrew Williams directed, Tom Hemmings edited and Alison Butler was production designer on Murdered By My Boyfriend, whilst Ruth Caleb produced and Martin Fuhrer shot A Poet In New York.

Peaky Blinders has been nominated for Best Drama Series written and created by Steve Knight, directed by Colm McCarthy, produced by Laurie Borg, edited by Matthew Cannings, Grant Stewart Montgomery was the production designer and featuring Tom Hardy, Natasha O’Keeffe, Benjamin Zephaniah  and Adam Lawrence. Line of Duty edited by Andrew McClelland is also nominated in this category.

Erika Hossington is the series producer on Casualty and Laurie Brett, Matt Di Angelo, Nitin Ganatra, Danny Boy Hatchard and Maria Friedman feature in EastEnders, both have been nominated for Soap and Continuing Drama.

Charlie Brooker’s Weekly Wipe featuring Diane Morgan, Would I Lie To You presented by Rob Brydon and Stewart Lee’s Comedy Vehicle edited by Tom Hemmings and which Sam Perry did the costume design for are all nominated for Best Comedy and Comedy Entertainment Programme.

The Wrong Mans co-created, co-written and co-starring James Corden and directed by Jim Field-Smith, The Detectorists featuring Adam Riches and Moone Boy co-written by Nick Vincent Murphy are nominated for Situation Comedy.

In the Feature category William Hardie co-presented George Clarkes Amazing Spaces and Richard Burr​was a contestant on The Great British Bake off. The Great British Bake off is also nominated for the Radio Times Audience Award, as was Strictly Come Dancing, on which Joanne Clifton was featured in her first season as a professional dancer. Strictly Come Dancing is also up for the Entertainment Programme award.
