TOGETHER

TOGETHER, a new six-part sitcom for BBC Three starts tonight at 10:30pm. It is written by and stars Jonny Sweet whose credits include Chickens and Babylon

The comedy is based on the same premise as Sweet's romantic comedy Hard To Tell, which was launched on Radio 4 in 2011. It centres around a couple in a new relationship with each episode focusing on the next step of their relationship viewed through the interferences, obstructions and general disasters wrought by their family and friends.

Speaking about Jonny, executive producer of Tiger Aspect who have filmed the series says: 'Jonny has to be one of the most exciting comedic talents around at the moment. I'm so pleased that TOGETHER has been commissioned by the BBC. The scripts are as charming and witty as Jonny is himself. I hope the public will fall in love with this pair of star crossed lovers as much as I have.'

The series also features UA's Nick Mohammed whose credits include The Job Lot and Fresh Meat.

Catch TOGETHER on Tuesdays at 10:30pm on BBC Three, starting 6th October.
