2016 Academy Award Nominations Announced

It's more good news for UA as the nominations for the 2016 Academy Awards were announced this afternoon.

Following on from his win for his performance in THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING, Eddie Redmayne receives a nomination for Best Actor for the second year running. This time for his turn in THE DANISH GIRL.

THE REVENANT received 12 nominations, including one for Tom Hardy in the Best Supporting Actor category. His first Academy Award nomination.

Kate Winslet receives another Best Supporting Actress nomination for her role in STEVE JOBS.

The winners are announced at the ceremony on the 28th February hosted by Chris Rock.
