Artistic Director, Theatre 503 Founding Artistic Director of one of London's leading studio theatres, dedicated to new writing. Between 2002-2006 whilst Artistic Director, staged over 40 new plays mainly from UK as well as USA, Germany, Ireland, France and Argentina. Artistic Co-ordinator for Direct Action in association with Young Vic Theatre at Theatre 503 Joined forces with the Young Vic Theatre for a series of five plays directed by young directors from the young Vic. Leading the team from Theatre 503 working with the Young Vic on the season and selecting the plays. Awards for Theatre 503 Winner Award of The Empty Space Peter Brook 2004. Nominated for numerous awards between 2003 and 2006. |

2006 - Old Vic New Voices Competition: On the selecting panel for the winner of this new competition for 18-25 year old writers and directors.
2005 - British Twist, New Writing Festival, Halle Theatre, Brussels: panel discussion on new writing in Britain with Roxana Silbert, Ben Jancovich and Aleks Seirz.
2004 - Avignon Festival: part of delegation organised by the National Theatre Studio including West Yorkshire Playhouse, Theatre 503 & Young Vic to meet with other theatres and writers from Eastern Europe.
2002 - London Writers Competition: Co-judged play entries and directed the winning play.
