About

Peter Ginn – a man with a passion for experimental archaeology and narrating the past in an accessible way – has for the past eight years presented primetime history programmes for BBC2.  “Standing in front of the camera talking about history? Boring!” – Not So!!!  Peter has renovated farms, built a stone pigsty, mined for copper, fallen in a pond (twice), made bricks, forged metal, set fire to himself (once), shovelled more animal sh*t than he’s had hot dinners – and still he comes back for more!!!! A charasmatic and loveable personality who can turn his hand to any subject and make it interesting.
