Pippa, 30, is a food writer based in East Anglia.  She focuses her time solely on her passion for food, developing original recipes, writing for online food associations and publications, developing her website and growing her brand, The Intolerant Gourmet www.theintolerantgourmet.com.

In September 2000, Pippa became seriously ill with complications that stemmed from un-diagnosed food allergies. It became a life-threatening situation and was a turning point in her life.

The field of food intolerances and allergies is still a relatively young one and has few clear-cut answers or treatments.
