Rick started his career as an actor working with the Reduced Shakespeare Company, with a number of UK contemporary dance companies and originated the role of Jerry Springer in JERRY SPRINGER THE OPERA. While with the Reduced Shakespeare Company he co-wrote numerous pieces for BBC Radio. THICK, his first play, premiered at the 2003 Edinburgh Fringe Festival followed by a self-funded UK Tour.
