Blanche McIntyre wins at TMA UK Theatre Awards

Blanche McIntyre was named Best Director at the TMA UK Theatre awards, it was announced last night.

Blanche, a previous recipient of the Critics’ Circle Most Promising Newcomer Award, has claimed this prize for her recent work on her revitalised production of THE SEAGULL (Headlong Theatre and Nuffield Theatre, Southampton, in association with Derby Theatre):-

Blanche’s production of CIPHERS for Out Of Joint opens in Cheltenham tomorrow night and she is also directing THE NUTCRACKER this Christmas for the Nuffield, where she is an Associate Director.
