Named on the BBC Talent Hotlist 2017, and a former winner of the Scottish BAFTA Best New Director Award, Fiona began her career as a theatre director and is known in television for her strong performance-led directing. 

Fiona most recently directed block 2 on Eleventh Hour’s Viaplay reboot of REBUS, prior to which she was lead director on SHETLAND S7 and second block director of ANNIKA for UKTV, which broke records as Alibi’s biggest drama launch in over seven years. Fiona has had a varied and fruitful experience across the TV sphere which includes lead block work on LONDON KILLS for BBC and SUSPECTS for Channel 5 and helming a block on COLD FEET S9.
