In tandem to her acting career, Katherine founded Palimpsest in 2013. She went on to write and mount productions ranging across film, theatre, audio and digital. She has adapted THE CHERRY ORCHARD and THE SEAGULL for BBC Radio 3 and is under commission to adapt IVANOV and dramatise THE CASTLE OF OTRANTO for BBC Radio 4.
