Marcus Lee

Marcus Lee is a writer/director based in West Yorkshire, and is the founder of Reel Street Films, an independent film production company. He has produced a number of short films and feature films, including “Immental” and “Death and All His Friends”, the latter of which is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video. His work has a heavy focus on male mental health, psychology, dealing with depression and the meaning of life.

His most recent short, “Monster” a psychological thriller following a police detective is currently being screened at film festivals, and most recently has directed 8 episodes of “Emmerdale” on ITV. He will direct further episodes of the popular soap in 2024 and is in the early stages of production on his next feature film.
