‘The element that should raise the show to cult status is their own genius’ ★★★★★ The Independent
‘These two have funny bones and such a fabulous talent for accents.’ ★★★★ The Times
‘There is a lot of scalpel-sharp social satire here, but it is delivered with unusual nonchalance’ ★★★★ The Guardian
‘That this sketch takes not one but two entirely unexpected turns is testament to the duo’s creativity and ability to constantly surprise.’ ★★★★ Chortle
‘A rapid-fire compendium featuring two comic actresses of extraordinary versatility.’ ★★★★ The Daily Mail
The series followed a pilot, which was released in June 2019 to critical acclaim:
“This fearless new sketch show from comedians Ellie White and Natasia Demetriou is French and Saunders for the Fleabag generation.” The Sun
“Inventive, silly sketch show, featuring mummy bloggers, eastern European nail technicians and one sketch so sinister it puts David Lynch to shame.” The Guardian
“Their creations are fuelled by the fluent silliness of natural comic performers.” Radio Times
Demetriou also co-wrote and starred in the critically acclaimed BBC3 Comedy Feed People Time. The New Statesman recalled, “It’s rare to see something at the pilot stage that is so fully-formed and so confident. Also – no small matter, this, for a comedy – it is hilarious.” The Guardian dubbed the performance "the most startlingly good sketch group to have come out of this island since Absolutely." Her 2014 debut solo Edinburgh show, You'll Never Have All of Me, won the Skinny Debutant Award.
As a writer, Natasia has various projects in development with internationally renowned production companies.
