Alice Birch & Nina Raine Finalists in Susan Smith Blackburn Prize 2018

We're delighted to announce UA have two finalists for this year's prestigious Susan Smith Blackburn Prize. 

Alice Birch has been nominated for her thrilling play ANATOMY OF A SUICIDE which premiered at London's Royal Court Theatre in 2017.

Nina Raine has been nominated for CONSENT which opened at the National Theatre to rave reviews last year.  

The Susan Smith Blackburn Prize is the oldest and largest playwriting prize honouring women writing for the English-speaking theatre. The prize is judged by an international panel of industry experts and the winner will be announced in March.
