BBC TV Drama Writers' Programme

We're delighted to announce that UA have two fabulous up and coming writers who have been chosen for this year's BBC TV Drama Writers' Programme.

This is the fourth year the scheme has run, which gives ten promising screenwriters the opportunity to write the first episode of an original series or serial for the BBC.

The scheme also gives the unique opportunity of matching the writers with independent production companies. Tallulah Brown will work with Sister Pictures whose projects include BROADCHURCH and FLOWERS. And James Anthony Pearson is placed with LA Productions who have created programmes including MOVING ON and REG by Jimmy McGovern.

Congratulations to both, we can't wait to see what they develop!
