FIRST DATES is back

Narrated by Brian Protheroe, FIRST DATES is back on our screens for the fifth series.

Generously scattered with fluffy proverbs about love, First Dates could be dismissed as yet another cheeky, easygoing dating show, but it’s quiet prodding of the single hopefuls can make it a rather emotionally involving watch.

Fred is the maitre-d' of the First Dates restaurant, the gatekeeper for those on the quest for love.
