LEWIS MACDOUGALL WINS YOUNG BRITISH/IRISH PERFORMER AWARD

It is with great excitement that we can announce United’s, Lewis MacDougall, as the winner of the YOUNG BRITISH/IRISH PERFORMER AWARD from the London’s Critics Circle.

Lewis has won this following his captivating performance as the lead, ‘Conor’, in J. A. Bayona’s, A Monster Calls which can currently be seen in cinemas internationally. Lewis was just 12 years old when he shot the film, alongside Felicity Jones, Sigourney Weaver and Liam Neeson.

Since filming A Monster Calls, Lewis has been involved in Shana Feste’s movie, Boundaries, in which he portrays Vera Fermaga’s character’s son, and the grandson of the character played by Christopher Plummer.

We couldn’t be more thrilled for Lewis; what a thoroughly well-deserved achievement!
