Behind every prisoner, there's a wife, girlfriend or mother doing time on the outside. For some it's a nightmare, for others a liberation. Prisoners' Wives, the exciting new BBC drama series, centres around four very different women each struggling to cope with a significant man in her life serving time in prison. In the face of life changing circumstances, the lives of these very different women intertwine into a fragile and remarkable camaraderie as they struggle with the efforts to go it alone on the outside.

Featuring Reuben Johnson, Phoebe Dynevor, Jason Watkins and David Bradley and directed by Harry Bradbeer (episodes 4, 5 and 6) catch this fantastic new 6 part series airing Mondays on BBC1.
