SAMUEL WEST - ROYAL TELEVISION SOCIETY JOURNALISM AWARDS

The Royal Television Society has announced its shortlist for the 2009/10 Journalism Awards.

Samuel West has narrated two out of the three programmes nominated for the Current Affairs International category.

They are This World: The Wounded Platoon (Mongoose Pictures for WGBH/BBC Two) and Secret Iraq (BBC Current Affairs/Quicksilver Media).

The awards, hosted by Channel 4 newsreader Krishnan Guru-Murthy, will take place on Wednesday 23 February 2011.
