Congratulations to Sophie Ward and Alex Allison, who have both been long-listed for the Desmond Elliot Prize 2020. 

 

Recognised as the most prestigious award for debut novelists, it is unique in supporting early-career novelists establish their writing careers. The shortlist will be announced on the 6th May.
