UA Clients Win at Stockport Children's Book Awards 2022

We are delighted to announce that two United Agents clients have won their categories at the Stockport Children's Book Awards 2022. The Stockport Children’s Book Awards has been running since 1996 and is highly regarded by the publishing industry as the winners are selected exclusively by children

In the picture book category, Barry Timms has won for his book THIS IS NOT A UNICORN, published by Nosy Crow and illustrated by Ged Adamson. It is a hilarious adventure with wonderful wordplay and a funny and sweet friendship at its heart.

Phil Earle won the Best Reads for Upper Juniors category with his book WHEN THE SKY FALLS, published by Andersen Press. It is inspired by the true story of Adonis the gorilla during the blitz in London.
