BIFA New Talent Longlist Announced

The British Independent Film Awards have announced their New Talent Longlist and we're delighted to see so much UA talent featured!

William Oldroyd and Alice Birch have been named for Best Debut Director and Best Debut Screenwriter respectively for their film LADY MACBETH. The film appears in every award category. 

Also nominated for Best Debut Director is Peter Mackie Burns for his vibrant comedy/drama DAPHNE.

Jason Wingard is also in the running for Best Debut Director for IN ANOTHER LIFE which won Best UK Feature at Raindance.

And Adam Lawrence is in the running for Most Promising Newcomer for his role as Billy in ENGLAND IS MINE.
