Originally from Cork, Sally is a writer and sketch and musical comedian. She is one third of critically acclaimed sketch group Muriel (Winners of both the 2017 So You Think You're Funny sketch competition and the 2017 Leicester Square Sketch-Off.) and one half of musical comedy duo Stiff and Kitsch (We Got Ticket Musical Comedy Awards Winners 2018 and Vault Comedy Award winners 2017) Both groups have amassed millions of views online, and have sold out shows at both the Edinburgh Fringe and Soho Theatre. As a writer her first original comedy pilot ‘Holy Mary’ was commissioned by UKTV Gold as part of its female script writers initiative with Comedy 50:50. She has written episodes for Dreamland (Merman/Sky) and Buffering (ITV2) and was also a writer on ‘The Emily Atack Show’ (ITV2), Iain Sterling’s CelebAbility (ITV2 ) and both NewsJack and The Now Show ( BBC Radio 4). She was shortlisted for the BAFTA comedy writing competition in 2018. As an actor, she can be seen in Breeders (Sky/FX), The Emily Atack Show (ITV2), Buffering (ITV2) and Nowhere Fast (RTE)
