Jonas' first feature WHEN ANIMALS DREAM debuted at Cannes Critics’ Week 2014 and went on to screen at the London Film Festival. It's a smart, stylish coming-of-age film about a teenage girl living in a small fishing town who discovers she’s a werewolf. The film was released in the UK by Altitude and the US by RADiUS-TWC.

Jonas went on to direct EXIT PLAN / SUICIDE TOURIST, an existential mystery thriller featuring Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, which opened at the Sitges and Zurich Film Festivals 2019.

Jonas has just finished directing THE HELICOPTER HEIST for Netflix. Before this he directed all 8 episodes of VERONIKA for Viaplay as well as WAR OF THE WORLDS 3 for Urban Myth Films and DARKNESS: THOSE WHO KILL for BBC4. He is also developing his third film with Profile Pictures.
