Tes lectures creative writing as well as literary analysis with a writerly eye for the University of Oxford, and he guest lectures for Stanford University's Oxford outpost. He also teaches creative writing for the Villiers Park Educational Trust, a national social justice charity for underrepresented young people aged 14-19. Tes spent years working as a literacy project worker for homeless and vulnerable people in Oxford City. Tes currently has projects in development with Mammoth, Escape Plan and Two and Two. In 2004 he made an award-winning short film, SELF HELP.
