Sabrina is a South West London-based writer and actor, who is driven by a passion for sharing authentic and representative stories, from her stage debut in Side eYe's HOME (2019) to her one-woman play Muna Knows It All (2021). Sabrina has regularly written herself into roles, aware of the lack of opportunities available for women of colour in theatre. Through this, she has consistently showcased her versatility and ability to connect with audiences through her acting - but most importantly, her understanding of the untold stories that deserve the space on stage. Sabrina's most recent play, Dugsi Dayz, played at Edinburgh Fringe 2023 to rave reviews; winning the BBC Writersoom Popcorn Award, as well as the New Diorama & Underbelly Untapped Award 2023. It was also named a breakout hit of the festival by Rolling Stone Magazine. Dugsi Dayz transferred to the New Diorama and then to the Royal Court in May 2024. She is currently adapting Dugsi Dayz with BBC Studios.
