Claire Mead

Claire Mead is a French and British writer and illustrator. When she is not doing community engagement and advocating for LGBTQIA+ representation in museums, Claire is a sword lesbian historian, educating around warrior women's histories and gendered perspectives in arms and armour via writing, film-making and podcasting. As a modern and historical fencer, you'll find her either drawing swords or drawing her sword on any given day.
