BRIGHT STAR opening in cinemas today

Jane Campion's hugely-anticipated new film BRIGHT STAR opens in cinemas today.  As the award-winning director of THE PIANO, Campion's latest venture has already garnered a barrage of positive reviews and awards buzz.  Starring Ben Whishaw and Abby Cornish, BRIGHT STAR features a beautiful, haunting score from Mark Bradshaw.

The film tells the story of John Keats, the 19th century
poet who died of tuberculosis at the age of 25, and his passionate relationship with
his neighbour, Franny Brawne.  BRIGHT STAR had its official gala premiere in the UK, presented by Boris Johnson, Mayor of London, as part of the London Film Festival last month.
