Laurie Brett joins WATERLOO ROAD

We are delighted to announce that Laurie Brett has joined the cast of BBC One’s ‘Waterloo Road’. 

Laurie, who left Eastenders in January after playing Jane Beale for 7 years, will be playing English teacher Christine Mulgrew in the 8^th series of this award-winning BBC drama.  Hailing from Scotland originally, Laurie is pleased to be returning to film in Scotland now that a new school - previously based in Rochdale - has been set up by 'Waterloo Road' headmaster Michael Byrne.

She starts shooting next month.
