Ben Ellis checks into the Langham Hotel with Defibrillator

Ben Ellis has beat over 200 applicants and won a commission with Defibrillator, it was announced yesterday.

Ben will write a site-specific play to commemorate 150 years of Europe’s oldest grand hotel, the five-star Langham, and as part of the prize will have the benefit of enjoying some of its perks during his time researching and writing.

The production will play in the private suites and public spaces of the hotel from 3^rd March to 4^th April 2015.
